My approach to training is trying to get my clients to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. I know its tough but it is where the most positive changes occur. Maintaining a positive mindset and great team work with your health coach equals great results! I believe in sound functional training for weight loss and overall well being. It is vital to develop strength, speed, power, balance and agility in each of these movements by using multi joint and multi-muscle exercises to develop the natural movements of the body.
